Please order early to give the shipping companies plenty of time to get your package to you. We cannot rush shipping on any smoke products.
Do not count the day you order as a 'shipping' day!
The first day business day we receive your order is our processing day, the day we give the shipping company your order is the day they process (typically this is the same day as ours.) The Shipping Company counts the NEXT business day as day one. Weekends are not counted as a shipping day either.
There are possible delays with all carriers due to the holidays up to 1-2 business days.
SMOKE BALLS DO NOT QUALIFY FOR EXPEDITED SHIPPING & CANNOT SHIP TO PO BOXES
Our Smoke balls must be shipped via UPS ground, therefore taking up to 6 business days.
Shipping Policies:
- If you elect to return an item, the original shipping costs will be deducted from the return. You are also responsible for paying for shipping to our facility.
- National Holidays (days the post office is not open) will add one day of transit to deliveries.
- No cancellations on any shipped orders. No returns or refunds on Smoke Bombs. All Sales Final.
- For Non-Hazmat Items (powder, cannons, balls, etc.) we offer returns within 30 days. The customer is responsible for shipping costs, and initial shipping will not be refunded. Once we receive the product, we will inspect it to make sure it is undamaged, then restock the item. There is a 15% restocking fee as well. Smoke Balls must be shipped using UPS Ground and any shipped via USPS are not eligible for a refund.

SHIPPING/HANDLING TIMES:
All orders placed over the weekend (after 12pm on Friday) will ship out on Monday. This makes Monday your processing day and Tuesday your first 'shipping' day.
We ship all orders the same day you order them if you place the order by 12 pm MT (2 pm ET) from Monday-Friday.
Most shipping carriers won't deliver on Sundays. The days calculated at checkout for shipping times are business days (M-F) and it is an estimate, not a guarantee. If you order after the 12 pm MT cutoff time, you will need to add 1 business day to the quoted delivery date shown at checkout. There is also 1 day for processing that will need to be added to the time frame.
HOLIDAY HOURS OF OPERATION: Any holiday dates that shipping carriers are closed will not be counted as a shipping business day.
